Victim Services of Leeds & Grenville will endeavor to help reduce victim trauma by providing emotional and practical support, referrals and resources after a crime or tragedy has occurred. We will also provide a single point of entry to other programs and services within a victim’s community, assisting with navigating the system and thereby helping to reduce an individual’s sense of helplessness, confusion, and stress.



Our vision is to respond to the needs of victims in a time of tragedy or distress in a timely and effective manner. Our goal is to provide opportunities for empowerment, support and connections with a person’s community. We are committed to responding to others in a respectful, ethical, honest and professional manner. We strive to always act with integrity and through our actions demonstrate a supportive, conscientious, committed and transparent approach to helping others.

Crisis Intervention

Crisis Intervention Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Police, fire and paramedic service providers may contact Victim Services on behalf of the victim via an emergency pager system.
